The Gazette, Montreal, tuesday april 29, 1930

The funeral of Jean L. Pellerin, 68 years of age, of 1705 St. Elizabeth street which was to ' have taken place yesterday morning, was halted by the police, when they learned that Pellerin died from a 45-foot fall and not from natural causes,' a verdict in the Coroner's . Court previously returned. An autopsy will be performed and another inquest will be held this morning by Coroner Prince, According to the report at the uoToners joun, feuenn, who was a painter, went to hie work on Fri day morning and was later brought home unconscious in a motor truck. Dr. L. Desforges, the family physlclan, was at once notified, but owing to his being ill at the tlme he was unable, to come. Before another doctor could be located Pellerin died. . Dr. Desforges was again called, and asked to . give his certificate. Knowing that Pellerin was suffering from an illness from which death might ensue at any moment, the doctor stated that death was due to natural causes. The body was brought to the Coroner's Court, and. after having read the doctors certificate, the coroner returned a ver dict of natural death. - . The body was then taken to Pellerin's home. During Sunday night some of his friends came to the house and one of them remarked that Pellerln had fallen from a terrible height Those who overheard this, notified the police. The latter ordered the funeral stopped and had the body sent to the morgue for examlnation. It was learned that Pellerin had fallen from a scaffold while at work.

Marie Carignan disait que son mari avec des origines italiennes ,,,,donc la Corse ferait du sens

Y a t il une confirmation pour la Corse. D où origine cette affirmation?

il y a souvent des erreurs pour les noms....
